Creating your PLAN will give you the peace of mind to know that your important paperwork, support system, and other resources are in place.

THE PROCESS TO COMPILE YOUR Healthcare Advocacy PLAN:

Consultations to Gather and Review All of the Necessary Information:

  • One 60-minute phone or video consultation to become acquainted with your healthcare advocacy goals, needs, and history. This consultation will be the first step the creation of your PLAN.

  • One follow-up 60-minute phone or video meeting to review all of the documents and information to be included in your PLAN. After we have all of the information you want to include in your PLAN, we will work with you to organize it into a cohesive document.

  • At the project’s conclusion, a 60-minute phone or video meeting to review all of the documents and information included in your PLAN. This meeting will include guidance and tools to make sure you feel prepared to share you needs and plans with your designated contacts

This flat-fee project involves 6.5 hours of professional work. The full project payment or a $600 retainer is due at the time of purchase. Payments by check and credit card are accepted.
